★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Jeslyn and VIP lighthing shop more than a year, before they moved to new Kempas' showroom. Jeslyn has patiently stood by me to get the best lights for my house. Further she has also provided free consultation on light placements. We worked via WhatsApp with trust and only needed to visit the showroom for selection and payment This was advantageous for me as I had to travel from Singapore. Other staff members are very customer orientated and it is nice to shop there. Thank you again..

She was very helpful in assisting to place the order within a week after deposit is transferred. I get my fans within a week. Highly recommended for their efficient services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife lives this place for lighting and we battled through traffic but reached a bit late, just by 7pm when they were going to close.
But the V I Ploughing staff were very patient with us showing their products even they had to reopen some areas.
Of course the products are good quality as usual.
For a novice in lighting like me, it also helps that they have clear visual display of the light colours, cool white, warm white, etc..to make easy decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service here! Their super SPACIOUS showroom makes me feel very comfortable and stayed there very long to choose our lights each time we visit. We love how they always give us time to consider when we want and need. They didn't hard sell us any of the lights but ask us to sit down with them to plan out our lights properly before making our purchase.
I can even showed them the lights i want and they find similar or even same lights for me! GREAT PLUS POINT!
At first, i thought their price might be steep as their showroom looks high class , posh and different from other lighting shops in JB. But after comparing their price are actually reasonable and they explained to us different range of products.
Overall, all sales are very friendly and patience! I will definitely recommend their service!
