★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented the place for 3 years. This premise is not homestay-friendly but a lot of units are still available on booking platform. This place is actually more suitable for short term stay than home as windows are only accessible by ladder, so not very good natural ventilation. House has centralized aircond system, can be quite hot at the living room area and high electricity bills. You have to pay separately for gym and pool, it's monthly rate per pax. The alleyway to basement parking is so narrow, big car like Alphard, 4WD, might need special skill.
5 minutes walk to Pavilion and KL Convention Centre. The management is proactive and good security. The compound is well-maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good KL City location. Pavilion is just 5 minutes away and the MRT is 10 mins away. A plus point during the movement restriction, I had to work from home and I was very unproductive. Then I found out there is a coworking space on Level 1 called Colony Coworking Space. Rented a seat there for RM 975.20 per month and was back to being productive. Great for expats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For visitor with motorcycle parking outside the available in front of residence. Just walk about 80m from security. The view was awesome. Contain tower A, B, C and D.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here for several years now. Management does not do any job of maintaining or fixing premises. Elevators always stuck, ringing all day long. Main entrance gate has been broken for months now and no plans to fix it. But they love to spend management fee into renovating perfectly fine lobby to look more upscale. Avoid this piece of junk. Only good side is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This long weekend Chinese New Year the Pool is closed Friday and Saturday (16 and 17 Feb. 2018).
The reason is Condo and Pool business are not integrated.
Please don't consider first picture...only closed pool and notice

Only that.
There is no services or breakfast.
Expensive for nothing.
But the swimming pool is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments vary in size and decor & therefore cost (so shop around). One side looks over KLCC Park with great view towards the Twin Towers. Lower apartments will be affected by traffic noise.
In 6 months there has been no pool parties or anything like thar so don’t be put off by some of the other reports. Pool is long and well well looked after, can get a bit busy at the weekend but it’s never over crowded.
Overall a very good apartment block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to stay it has the best spot in KL (located both near KLCC and Bukit Bintang), instagrammable skyline at the rooftop and relatively cheap for it's location. However, there are some important reminders such as:
-Paid membership is required to access the pool and gym
-Small space for each parking lot (not really recommended for large suv and van)
-There isn't any breakfast service (as it isn't a hotel)
-The staff is quite unfriendly
In addition, although this residence doesn't allow any kind of short stay such as airbnb due to guests' unethical behaviour, some irresponsible tenants manage to list it down there.
Overall, ViPod Residence is one of the cheapest luxurious condos you can find in KLCC, thus, makes it recommended to live in.
