IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER! they sell defective product and refuse to honour warranty
Bought a Xiaomi product which has 6 months warranty, product is defective, seller ignores my messages for half month, only replied when I said I will report it's store, and refuse to provide warranty, reason being product is imported

โ โ โ โ โ I went to this shop again this morning. Their customer service has been very impressive since I bought gadgets from them 5 years ago. They are quite friendly and helpful. Prices are generally fair and more importantly, it is so convenient to drop by the shop anytime for technical enquiries or service either the purchase is done at the shop or via online. That's what I believe. So I rate them 5 stars!
