★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested quote of one H11 headlight bulb for MyVi Lagi Best model: 'Branded' Hella is RM58, 'Unbranded' is RM38. Then I saw 'Platinum Hella' set of 2 H11 bulbs and asked how much. The elderly lady boss(position is an assumption) asked if I was just buying and take it away or if it needed testing. I asked if there was a price difference and she confirmed that if testing was needed, she would have to charge workmanship/labour. This is the point where diplomacy ends. Then I said if those bulbs are blown, would I be compensated for having to return to the shop or what happens after that? The lady appears to have relented but reluctantly agreed to test without confirming if there was going to be an extra charge. This is when I changed my mind and decided to walk out after thanking her(because I was really annoyed with her attitude). I walked 40m down the road to find a battery shop Yee Fong who sold me a H11 bulb made by the reputable Osram for RM38, tested and tried(for free). THIS is good service, something Vision Part Supply needs to learn.
To the owner: you can't take your money with you in death. Don't trade humanity/common sense for riches. Apologies for having to give you a one star rating, but I feel everybody should know about my experience with you and the lady's shameful business ethics. Maybe someday she will learn to treat people better.
