★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience in Vista BM.
Suddenly I got a black spot. Called to vista BM for an appointment. The staff efficiently arranged an appointments for me, to c wat happen to my eyes.
I'm impressed on SOP of this clinic as they check and make sure everyone comply to the covid prevention measurement.
I would like to share the staff service is very professional and answer all my questions even the clinic flow is very busy.
I attending by Dr Ng and gone through all the examination. Dr N is very experienced to detact my issue n explaining well abt my problem.
Currently I'm gone through my laser treatment. My vision is now improving and patiently wait to see more even better.
I appreciate n thankful to staff n Dr duty. It make me refer this clinic to my friend n family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Vista BM for my Femto LASIK. Nurse and staffs here were friendly and Dr Ng is very experience. He explained everything very clear and patiently ☺️ Highly recommend for those who looking for eyes specialist. Vista BM best ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to the Bukit mertajam branch twice before. Recently saw Dr Ng for my stye. He is very kind and professional and gave good advice on how to take care of it. Staff is very friendly and hygienic. Place is convenient to find and easy parking. Would recommend coming here for needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend recommend me to Vista bukit mertajam for eye check up. That time my left eye blur. Dr NG said need to done surgery for cataract. Dr do recommend to do using laser. They got offer for laser or blade. Laser lesset risk. Done both eye surgery. Vision is good. Now I watch TV very clear and drive is good. Car plate I can see. Staff and Dr is friendly and no bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my grandma to come Vista BM see DrNg as she was having red eyes,. Eventually results turned out she was having cataract also. So we decided to go for the surgery as she said her vision was blurred. After surgery she is very happy as her vision getting better and better. Today is her 1st day post op. She was very nervous on the surgery but after all the procedure and explanation, only a bit of discomfort. Environment is good. Service are good, especially the environment is clean and tidy. She will having her 2nd eyes end of this month. Do hope she can have both clear vision after these. Thanks to DrNg and all the staff.

It's very inconvenience during normal lifestyle.
For example, my 550 power, I can't see even car plate number without glasses.
During sports, the glasses hanging on my nose is really torturing.

Get to know this Vista Bukit Mertajam eye specialist having Lasik surgery and my friend done his Lasik surgery with high satisfaction.
Without any doubt, I call in to book for Lasik suitability test.
First impressions to the staffs here is helpful and friendly. Most importantly is they are always attentive.
Speaking about Doctor Ng, he is very knowledgeable, during consultation, he will tell me pros and cons of surgery so I can have a better picture on what I am going thru.
He even tell me what's going on during surgery, so I can have better prepare for the surgery.
This is really heart warming ♥️♥️
Surgery was done at air itam branch yesterday.
If cause Doctor Ng are with me and guiding me step by steps, I can feel my eyes in on safe hand.
I really happy to have him as my surgeon.
Today my vision is perfect.
I am so happy for this outcome.
Life without glasses is fantastic, I see things in clear and so convenient.
I still need to put eye drops and follow up. ?
