Going to see other shop, he all offer me this solution, so I am done. I had a backup on the vivocloud, turning on the phone again, I have a notification from the cloud, to import all my data, but it does not work, vivocloud does not recognize my username, my email address, or my phone, he does not leave the choice to put a number malaysia ... a catastrophe, Vivo says that it can do nothing for me ... really bad service after sale ...
