★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowing this saloon for quite some time,they are famous with their very responsible towards customer skin condition. Sometimes beautician maybe prolong the service time due to their packed appointments,but overall is good and satisfying,especially if you are the result oriented customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended me for corrective treatment but the steps are exactly like elsewhere I did for normal basic extraction facial but cost me rm180. Not to mention facial for 1hour ++ but most of the time the staff went out take items like 5-10mins, change water 5mins, take the light 5mins ,off the steamer then went out for 10mins vividly can imagine my pores have shrunken back while I am lying there and came back with tools for extraction only. Their staff even clumsily bang the light on my head while she move it in and act like nothing without sorry, yes I know it’s not that pain but can you really act like I don’t know anything? Personally don’t think the staff is properly trained too, been going facial since secondary school, going facial at kl,jb,alor setar but this is so far the most amateur staff I have met. Promoted me their sunblock, asking if I do feel oily after the treatment as they applied sunblock for me, I almost thought the last thing the staff applied on me was some sort of toner because it was so watery. The boss even said your face looks so much cleaner after facial but I was wearing mask the whole time after facial when she saw me and my forehead is clear even from the initial(my blemishes are on my cheeks) ? the staff did extraction for like 10-15x only, literally pressing 10-15x only which takes shorter time than she went out take items, brushing her fingers on my cheek after she extracted the impurities, yes she did extraction with fingers majority of the time and on my nose.
