I sent my Specialized bicycle to get the back tyre changed, my son picked up the bike at lunch time and brought it straight home. I have just returned from work to discover the brake cable was hanging down and the retainer clips were missing. I immediately took the bike back to Volt bicycle store and asked politely for the clips to be reinstalled. I was met with abrupt, confrontational rudeness from the staff. First he denied it was his fault and accused us of breaking the bike in the 3 hours since picking it up. He told me he did not have the clips but would replace with cable ties, which was not acceptable. His mannerisms were nothing short of a bully. Do not bring your bikes here.

I went to this shop the other day to inquire if they sell hybrid bikes and the guy who never greet nor acknowledged me as i entered only said "don't have" and just ignored and carried on with whatever he was doing. I don't think customers are welcomed here.

My son sent bicycle (fixing the loose parts) and charged RM45, my son request a receipt, staff said do not provide a receipt if you do not purchase any thing's from the shop. Ridiculous at least a receipt with repair service charge RM45!! I'm here asking receipt, complaints about the receipt, not the condition of the bicycle, and your staff attitude. Why so hard to issue a receipts even just a manpower service , you can status on the receipt service gear service charge 45 and 1 week warranty, why it is so hard. I do called consumer affairs, if I do paid for it. I do have my right to get the receipt. Oh yeah you are so meant and want my son to get crash on bicycle, if my son do crash on it, I wish your shop will closed down and you too crash to hell as well, yes I meant it, and I'm cursing you.

I have the best experience in learning how to change a type from scratch…. The service here is excellent and beyond word of expression. I’m confident of going out cycling without the worrying of a punctured type anymore. In addition, I also bought my latest helmet for collection. I’ll strongly recommend anyone who’s looking to service their bike or to buy a new bicycle/accessories here.

I went to park nearby the waterfront for cycling with my friends, but I'm having a problem with my fold bike (the handle not align with the tire) luckily. we found this shop and fix it with free of charge! and even help me to carry the bike into the car. a big thanks for for a really kind and good service!! really helpful. I really recommend to get a service or to buy a bike in this shop!

They really take advantage of the fact that there are no other bike shops nearby. Asked for the brakes to be tightened. They guy took apart the whole assembly to service it. No explanation whatsoever. And then asked me to replace the cable too - which I politely refused. Paid RM 25! Be clear about the price upfront.

I have not used my bicycle for 2 years & finally decided to give it a good service. I have been sending my bicycle for service to other bicycle shops and this time i decided to go back to the shop I bought this bicycle few years back. Unfortunately the shop is not open on Sundays and other days it closes by 6pm which is inconvenient for me. Thus i had no choice but to send it to the son’s shop which is where I met Mr.Edwin Ng. I told him that i want to upgrade the gear set to Shimano 105 as currently I’m using Tiagra. Sadly, due to no stock..Mr.Edwin recommended me to change to SRAM Rival although it’s the same number of gears as my current one but he however promised me that these gears are equivalent or as good as Shimano and most importantly it is easy to change gears while riding uphill. I was skeptical at the beginning due to the cost & the brand but somehow was convinced by Mr.Edwin’s recommendation. End result, it was worth every penny! I must say it is the best service ever! I’m one of the lucky ones because the universe brought me here and I’m so grateful Mr. Edwin was there to help me out. The best customer experience because Mr.Edwin actually followed up with me to check how did i feel riding the bicycle. Pictures taken me riding uphill..definitely feels good because it was easy peasy! And the best part my mum actually thought I bought a new bicycle..because of its new look??! Thanks again Mr. Edwin & team!
