★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center badly managed, slow response, poor follow up action, my vehicle send for service, was told that part need to replace ask to order it, waited for almost a montb, called the service center and check, then was told by the service center that the part HAVEN ordered , have to wait for their manager to approve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with service and repair recommendations. Provided estimated price breakdown of repairs and services as well as expected wait time for components. Keep in mind that their OEM parts will be from Sweden/Europe so a few week wait is normal for uncommon items and a deposit will need to be likely placed. They are thankfully willing to service older models (eg. our 06 S80) and professional throughout. 10/10
