★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly team at the farm, they explained a lot of organic farming tips during my visit. Bought Cempedak tree and also Passion Fruit tree with full of hope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This farm is a massive, organic farm meant for selling and figs, various plants, mushrooms and farming equipment. They have plantations of figs and other plants behind the boutique which is open to the public, therefore you could visit it whenever the boutique is open!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, something like this- i would have not even bothered to pm the owner, but this time- i did , and was ignored instead .
Had been a keen supporter of them for a few years now, but one foul purchase really turned the whole experience very sour.
Purchased a long lemon plant from them in march- served by one of his workers- noting the plant was having curled up leaves and chlorotic leaves- very clearly asked if this was a virus of some sort.. they denied, saying that it needed repotting and some fertilizer.
Two months later, noting the plant was stunted, and new growth was still curled, deformed and chlorotic..pmed them- this time they said oh it could be a virus or some bacterial? Infection- asked to purchase some 80+ ringgit "antiviral medicine for plants"- after expressing shock and disbelief about the lies they told when i bought the plant- they refused to honor any form of remedy or replacement - saying oh, u wont find any nursery that will replce a plant for u. (Erm sorry guys - for a purported nursery that prides themselves in premium prices for premium plants- you should not be selling off sick diseased plants and lying saying that its not)
Then turned back on his initial diagnosis saying the plant is now "overfertilized" causing the said symptoms.
Flashback another 3 weeks later without any extra ferts and regular soil flushings- still the same- deformed, chlorotic, curled leaves.
Just be careful when you purchase from them, no honor when dealing with them.
Definitely not a big purchase from them (could be a more expensive plant) but speaks volumes on their work ethics and customer service.
Will never come back, thanks and goodbye.
