★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside ceramic filters was faulty and unusable causing crack that jammed up the entire systems. 2 inside filters were extremely expensive which need to change quite regular. System itself already very costly. Not recommended. Don't trust what I said. Pls check out the facts yourself and do comparison so you won't regret like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in Midvalley and Kuchai Lama showroom, water was full of little air bubbles which somehow represent something (like hydrogen/oksigen i think). After purchasing the unit, it is not the same bubbly water (very little air bubble like normal water) where lots of reasons were given by the technician. Also I have bad experience with ceramic filter where it was cracked after 1 day use. Ceramic causes 2XX each!! But the worst quality filter i have ever encountered in my life. Not sure why the company still using it . Thus causes lots of issue to the consumers. The disposable filter cannot be washed, hence have to change every 3-4 wks. If not problems will jammed up the entire system. Aiiksss. so much problem.Sad the company did nothing nor compensate nothing after I spend more than 10k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just upgraded my good 10 years old 5-plate machine to 11 plates. Since the Japanese brand is selling 20K for the most expensive one but the strong alkaline & acidic water need to add bleach & salt. For VWA, I save half the cost with double benefits. More importantly, without the bleach/salt to boost the pH and antioxidants.
