Charges are not so expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude lawyer. Greeted with “What do you want?!” when I approached the door.
Charges RM10 for one Certify True Copy stamp (which is very expensive as others only charged RM5 per copy and is also courteous.
Nevertheless had to get it done as there’s the only Commisioner of Oaths nearby and I kinda need it urgent.
Overall 1/10. Better go to this one Malay guy named Zulkifly Mahmoud but he moved location already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was mostly just amused at how incredibly unfriendly, rude and unpleasant the Commissioner Of Oath was when there was no reason to be. It costs nothing to be courteous Mr. Niu, maybe you should try it sometime. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Sure, you can get your documents sorted but why subject yourself to negativity when you can easily find another place to do so? Needless to say, it was my first and last time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged rm10 for each ctc today where anothet place is charging at rm4. Should have waited for another lawyer to finish his lunch.
If you are looking to get ctc and think that rm10 is the right price, feel free to go ahead to Mr Niu.
