β β β β β Ada satu staff melayu perempuan di wah chan setapak central, badan agak berisi dan sorang lagi kurus sanggul rambut, memang teruk betul service dorang, layan ala kadar mungkin sebab kita pakai biasa biasa dia ingat takda duit. Bila tanya pasal nak bayar pakai apps MYIOU, dia kata dah offline sebab dah jam 6pm. Bila tanya goldbar 1gm, dia kata harga dalam 300 lebih tapi dekat tempat dia jual 400 lebih. Harini pergi wah chan aeon Big Wangsa maju, staff kata 1gm harga rm380 je. Terima kasih staff Wah chan setapak central. Atas layanan awak, last sekali saya dah bagi rezeki dan sales pada staff lain di Wah Chan di aeon big. Next time, dont judge a book by its cover. There is a female Malay staff in wah chan setapak central, her body is quite full and the other one has a thin bun of hair, it's really bad service dorang, service at a rate maybe because we wear normal clothes, she remembers no money. When asked if he wanted to pay for MYIOU apps, he said he was offline because it was already 6pm. When asked about 1gm goldbar, he said the price is 300 more but near where he sells 400 more. β β β β β Iβd like to compliment one of your employees, Hoo Yuen Hin, Jove for the excellent service that he provided me since 9years back at Wah Chan (Time Square) till now he works at Wah Chan (Setapak Center).
On last week, I went to Wah Chan at Setapak Mall to collect my ring and there have some error occurred. However, Joveβs professionalisms and ability to get the bottom of the situation quickly exceed my expectations within a day.
Such a commitment to great officer to be commended.
