Ever wonder that the WASWIM program is suitable for you? I have joined for almost 3 months and I have an amazing experience with Thomas and the team. Thomas has a great attitude toward teaching and a passion for swimming. The way he conducted the programme is easy to learn and understand. It makes me feel that teaching swimming is easy and fun. Even though there is lockdown after few classes, the WASWIM program still goes on, from in-person to virtual class. I am impressed with the virtual class set-up where they have a moderator to answer your questions if Thomas miss out on answering our questions, the poll is set up to know our feedbacks. All in all, it is very engaging throughout the sessions, it was as if you are attending in person. The WASWIM program equips your skills and knowledge about teaching swimming, people management with students and parents and real-life case studies. The swimming term is taught thoroughly from survival swimming, front crawl, breaststroke to butterfly. Every station details clearly. Apart from technical skills, they included people management skills, communication skills, awareness and confidence level. The team even plan time for us to list down case studies to share, you are able to learn from the sharing of junior coaches, senior coaches and supervisor. There is plenty of input on how to react/respond in a good way when you faced the challenge and struggle in teaching or handling students and parents. It is a really useful application. In spending almost three months with Wahoo Swim school, I do love their core Value- HARRPPY (H- health, A- authentic, R- respectful, R- responsible, P- purpose, P- passion, Y- yearning). It shows everyone is moving in the same direction and work as a team. Always love to work with children, there is a speech by Simon Sinek " Working hard for something we don't care about is called STRESS. Working hard for something we love is called PASSION." If you love kids and love swimming, this is probably something for you!!! Lastly, I'm thankful and grateful to be a part of the WASWIM program, Initial plan was to just take the lifeguard course, thinking that it may be useful for myself and the people around me because I love water sports especially surf and diving. A friend of mine, Jecc, who works for Wahoo Swim School, bring in the conversation of the program. I just said no harm trying and it turns out to be beneficial. So, thank you. :)

Who knows all of us will meet here towards the same loves and passion. WASWIM program is created towards the same objective : TO MAKE SWIMMING EASILY The moderator (coach Thomas) conducts the class excellently using his own creativity with a great attitude of teaching and passion. What makes me interested are the ideas of using ZOOM IN AND ZOOM OUT in teaching. By learning this skills helps not only me but also the participants to solves almost all the problems facing in coaching and teaching and SURPRISINGLY this method is not only useful for teaching and coaching, it also can be insert in our daily life. Hello parents and people out there!!! Still confused where to send your baby, daughter, son, or even yourself to swimming haaaa??? I can baozheng to you, you will not regret choosing Wahooswimschool. Both my 9 and 6 yrs old joined Wahoo Feb early this year, I can tell my lo are now more comfy and confident with water. Those days when the 6 yrs old having bad mood, coach always make it fun and encourage to play in water. Every time they ended up with big smile on their face and i knew they having fun. [18/12/2019] I feel that JAWS holiday program is really great and fun, even though both of my son progress is not same but they have a lots of things to share with me everyday after the class. They are learning from fun and game and now they are confident to go into the pool. Is amazing ?! Yu tang progress is a bit slow I think because of he is not confident and scare. He told me the pool is too deep for him and he is not able to step on the pool bottom. Tomorrow I am not able to attend to their last lesson, could you please help to take some video and photo of yu hong and yu tang especially swimming in the pool. That will be a memorable moment for them. Thanks a lots. Really not regret and feel lucky because I made the correct decision to send the over. One month after the class, actually Yu Tang already able to swim without using spaghetti. Both of them can enjoy swimming in the pool now. when I bring them to Escapes they can have fun with all the waters’ activity. Really thumb up.?? Thank you Wahoo swim school.

Highly recommended. The pool is amazing and the lessons well structured and fun. Both of my sons have improved their swimming proficiency in a short time, with my youngest going from rubber ring and being fearful to splashing around unaided in a handful of lessons.

First thing I did after the MCO was to find a swim school for my 4 year old twins. I wanted them to learn the skill but my main focus was for them to enjoy the lessons especially after the lockdown period. My elder twin has trust issues, he needs to be comfortable with the other person, otherwise he may not focus. So my concern was how will he be. They were assigned Coach Curtis and Coach Man and I observe their lessons from a distance every time. It gives me great pleasure to see how my boys learn the basics and most importantly having fun with their coach. Coach Curtis is a "kids friendly coach". He ensures that the kids are comfortable and gain their trust especially for those who are first timers and scared of the water. Constantly joking/teasing with them, embracing them and also encouraging them. My boys spend a lot of time with Coach Man and he is absolutely awesome. He is so patience with my boys and always encouraging them and building their confidence. He managed to win my elder twins trust and I was sooooo relieved. I basically have to drag my boys out from the pool after the lessons over as they want to stay back to play in the water with Coach Man. He is just sooo awesome. I travel by grab from BM to Island and seeing how much my boys benefit, enjoy and look forward to their next lessons, makes my travelling so fruitful. Thank you Coach Man, Coach Curtis and special thanks to their administrative team headed by Su Lin. She and her team, Mira ensures that our questions, concerns and any doubts are answered asap especially pertaining to safety measure taken by Wahoo School for the swimmers during this pandemic time. I'm beyond satisfied!

This school holidays programme is a very good idea. Swim coaches were very professional in teaching my 7 y.o son. Besides learning to swim, he was able to learn how not to be afraid of water but most importantly gain confidence in himself. The programme also allowed him to make new friends and learn new things. Hopefully the programme can be repeated for future school breaks. I will definitely enrol him again and also any other swimming programmes to further enhance and improve his skills.

My son Wei Ze (7yo) has been asking me non stop since rMCO to get into the pool to play with his brother. He doesn't know how to swim and always look in envy when his big brother is swimming. I've signed him up for the J.A.W.S holiday program. Over the short 5 days intensive course, he learns to float, exchange breathe, dive and even take a few strokes in the water. He's received a distinction in the Exploration Swimming Programme. He impressed the coaches that been recognised as the best rookie of this programme. #BestRookie #JAWS
