★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring my proton wira for engine mounts replacement, steering rack bush and tire alignment. I bring my own stuffs and charge me RM250 for labour. I was ok with that. After a while the person in charge there told me that the steering rack bush is not for wira. I was ok with that and I ask him what is the price if replace the engine mounts only, exclude steering rack bush and allignment. If I not mistaken it was around RM100+/-. And I was ok with that. Since the steering rack bush is not compatible he promote me his product with addition of rm40. A total of RM290 for engine mount replacement labour, steering rack part and labour and wheel alignment. I recline his offers. After a while he offer me to reduce the price of RM290 to RM250. I accept the offer and wait. During the alignment process, the technician told me that my rear tire camber is out so he need to adjust. He did not mention the price of the camber adjust so I assume the price is still RM250. When the bill is out. Im shocked that I was charged another RM40 for a camber adjust. Apart from that, after further checking. I found out the lower engine mount were mounted wrongly. This shop is purely preying on his customers. I dont recommend to visit this shop.
