从2018年6月签spa到今年2019年 6月都还没生出来stamping 的spa，也不主动通知屋主，屋主打去时都说会主动，完全不专业的律师
Too slow, not responsible, slow to cause damage to the owner’s rights and damages
From the signing of the spa in June 2018 to the 20th of this year in June 2019, the spa was not spawned, nor did the owner inform the owner. When the owner called, he said that he would take the initiative and be completely unprofessional.

Firstly, did not check the document properly before sending out. Did not feel faulty after being told of their mistakes and tried to neglect their responsibility by asking us to solve the problem ourselves by reprint the document instead of sending out the document as they wanted to save the courier cost. The worst is we did not receive any proper apology from their staff, not a single "sorry" throughout the communication.
