★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are so rude. Do you think kerja sana give you a card to be rude to the customers? Kalau nak kerja tak perlu leka main phone. Suara dan intonasi tu sila betulkan. Both man and woman. Don't know their name but the man is quite tall with short hair and have tan skin. His co worker at that time around 6 pm on 11 September 2020 too. Please take action on those two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s one male staff is very rude in a sense of him ignoring the customers. We had to wait for a long while just to pay for our game. Not just that, during our 2nd game our lane keep on having tech issues with the pin. I’ll be honest, the environment and hygiene is pretty great but the customer service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to play bowling but needs upgrade i guess. There were no small size bowling balls like no 6 and 7. Mostly the pins takes a long time to get replaced but it was worthy . You can play as much sets u want in a hour. I managed to play 2 half set for 2 people. Staff are friendly . Food is served. Yeah great time to have with family.
