★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had family dinner @ this restaurant.. food is so slow , not busy nite they only had 6 tables.. there 5 chef in the kitchen . All I can see chef chatting n snacking.. n the food come 1 by 1 even we oder same food .. i don’t no what they doing in the kitchen.. n way to many service staff walk around n for the price of the food they charge. N food is so so nothing exciting.. if u like deep fried flour u should come here coz every thing way to much batter no wonder our fish n chip is raw .. n can’t believe they serve me a chipped plate for the price of they food. Went to so many different places by far this is not worth RM723.00. I will not recommend anyone to come here ..

This day we decided to give a try because we really out of head on "WHAT TO EAT".....
Well, I would said it surprised me and no regret to walk in.
Food tastes good and above my expectations. Restaurant is clean and cosy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all , the place was dark and gloomy. Next, my father had to wait around 30 minutes for his medium rare steak, what were the chefs doing in the kitchen?. Waiter ada ramai tapi main main, so childish, boleh pulak tertukar makanan dengan meja lain. Also the food was pricey, the quality of RM 35 burger is so trash, i can buy 3 good mc donalds burger with that price. That's all from me, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here for buka puasa, placing order and pay deposit at 3pm with the following order:
1. Premium Sirloin Steak 10oz (Rare Medium) with side order of mash patato and black pepper sauce + additional BBQ sauce - RM79.90 + RM3;
2. Premium Rib eye Steak 7oz (Well done) with side order of mash potato & Black pepper sauce RM86.90
3. Big Mouth Burger + Ice Lemon Tea = RM39.90 + RM6.90
4. Caesar Salad RM16.90
What were served:
1. Premium Sirloin Steak (Well done), with side order of cold potato chips and black pepper sauce;
2. Premium steak (obviously not rib eye) (Well done or char) with side order potato chips & Black pepper sauce;
3. Big Mouth Burger (the only one we appreciate) + Ice Lemon Tea;
4. Caesar Salad.
What were charged:
1. Premium Sirloin Steak 10oz - RM79.90
2. Premium Rib eye steak10oz (instead of 7oz) - RM144.90
3. Big Mouth Burger + Ice Lemon Tea = RM39.90 + RM6.90
4. Caesar Salad = RM16.90
Total = RM288.50 with 20% discount since we were not served w what we ordered such as medium rare steak and mashed potato, which came to be RM230.80 (before 10% Service Charged)... when we actually shd be charged only RM230.50 (w/o BBQ sauce) and further 20% discount as promised by the waiter since we were not served with what we ordered such as medium rare steak and mashed potato. Hence the bill shd be RM184.40 (before 10% Service Charged), overcharged by RM46.40 (RM230.80 - RM184.40).
On the whole, we are v.disappointed. We were served and charged with what we did not order and overcharged.
Obviously the chef did not cook base on what we ordered, or the waiter did not check what we ordered. We had complained our order, taken away but the waiter came back w the same plate and promised to give us 20% discount. We also observed the next table had their dishes being replaced 3X due to the steak not done according to their order.
Since, this is the month of Ramadhan, we forgive them for serving and charging us with what we did not order and overcharging us. The waiter is full of apologies, but I think we wld not come here anymore as this was not the first time the place served us different than what we ordered and charged us differently.
I hope those going there did not have the same experience as us. Please check yr bill properly at any restaurant, b4 leaving the counter.

I went for iftar, preorder the food and paid deposit and expected the food were ready by the time we are there,however my husband already finished eating , me and my son still havent gotten the order. I also saw a lady asking them regarding the menu that she hasn’t received yet. I just paid whatever for fries and nasi goreng. I asked what’s taking them so long and they’re answered was so many orders. And no sorry from them. It’s not acceptable for that kind of restaurant to behave that way. Their food is pricey, so of course we would expect a good customer service which they are lacking with. Please improve your service, if you couldn’t cope with such orders, u could always say u are full for the day. We customers would definitely understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and peaceful ambience. Well trained and professional staff. Never disappointed with food quality. Top notch, well worth the money and generous portions! (2022 update : Please be mindful when going there early around 5-6 pm. Our food took 45 minutes to prepare without being notified first hand. When we wanted to cancel, we were told to wait for the supervisor who would only come in 30 minutes later at 7 pm. I believe the service is commendable only if there is proper supervision)
