For a guy who knows little about flowers I enjoyed the process of getting bouquets, they provide excellent customer service and professional advise for customisation of floral designs. Flowers were delivered fresh and on time. More importantly, my wife loved the flowers, especially the giant bouquet which I strongly recommend for that extra wow factor ✨

The design of the bouquet is very nice and unique, it look exactly like what I want it to be. Thanks Warm Wishes Florist, my GF and my mum is very happy with the bouquet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a wreath (Reminiscence design) on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
I liked the design of the flowers but my rating is only 2* due to:
(a) quality - the design of the arrangement was nice but I was informed by my friend yesterday evening that some of the flowers (white roses, lillies) were already drooping! And this is just day 1. I verified and confirmed his comment about the quality when I attended the wake on Friday.
(b) delivery - my instruction on delivery was Thurs after 2pm. Although I did not say they had to send the flowers before 5pm (SOP of wakes by the government states that wakes are to end at 5pm), I assumed they knew. Delivery got there 5mins before 5pm. It would have been disastrous if the flowers were rejected. The double handling of delivery on Friday would have caused more damage to the flowers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing skills from Lloyd & Eelin in their flower arrangement (see picture attached to see their wonderful masterpiece). Not only do they use quality materials, they use exclusive flowers such as their everlasting roses. Not to mention, they smell amazing!! Totally made my day to receive these during Valentine’s Day! Perfect for any occasion, do hit them up :) !
