★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for take-away meal. Couldn't clearly see the counter for taking order so I casually approached the food preparation counter. A lady took my order using tablet. Paid using e-wallet (should offer more methods of payment in the future).The food was appropriately portioned in my opinion. The sambal was spicy enough (though not as spicy as some other geprek sambal I've tasted before). The chicken was delicious. Satisfied with the food.
Perhaps more signage to help customers in the future. Put a sign to indicate where customers should queue and pay. A large display of menu with prices will definitely help take-away customers. Would've given 5 stars if not for these minor issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was so bad. Takde langsung orang yang tanya berapa orang nak makan and tunjuk mana meja available untuk duduk. But alot of their workers somehow ramai dekat depan area cofee section. So we entered and search the table ourselves. There is a menu to scan but so funny because we thought we can order via the scanned menu but still have to keep calling the waiter & wait 20 minutes for the waiter to come & take our order. Very bad service until the family with elderly people that sat next to our table pun leave the restaurant because no one bother to show them table or ask if they have already ordered. Bila our makanan sampai pun salah juga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Think twice if you tried to order the food via Grab, foodpanda and etc here. Always missed out orders and made delivery riders to wait for a long time, and the worst case your order will be left out like forever until the rider pointed out the order number again. Most of the time, didn't even notify riders when your food was ready. I observed the staff who prepared the food didn't even check the tab to see new orders coming in. Very bad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent service, only if i WALK IN. Sedap. I love the ayam geprek so much. But kalau i order from grab or shopee, idk why nasi sejuk, ayam hancur. Every single time. Plus i found hair dalam tempe. Idk if its short or long, dont have the guts to pull it. I paling tak suka if i found hair in my foods. I will automatically muntah. Please be careful next time. Everything is good, cuma if you purposely buat online order sejuk macamtu, hope you will improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelam kabut ya your restaurant. I've come a few times since it first opened. Mula2 tu faham la mungkin restaurant baru nak start ada some challenges. I thought things would improve and become smoother but it looks like it has gotten worse.
Most recently dah tak boleh dine in, cuma boleh order thru app dan harga pun dah naik? I ordered 1 set geprek n the waiting time (self pick up) is over 40 minutes. That's quite ridiculous. You can't ask ppl to just come back masa tak busy tau, people have lunch breaks at limited hours.
Sorry but this will probably be the last time I'm eating here. All the best.
Edit: Having had my food and the chance to cool down, I want to add that the the food there tastes good, especially the indomee and talapia, but you guys really need to work on a better system to prepare your food faster and handle customers better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience via Grab. Ordered two sets at 1.45pm, yet till 3.30 plus the food isnt out, nearly 2 hours!! My grab rider was waiting for the longest time and kept me posted. Why complete an order on your system but the food is not out? You are being plain greedy so that you get more orders, but cant even serve out the existing orders on your system. Its not fair to make a Rider wait and also your customer for more than an hour! If you cant handle your orders, please make yourself unavailable on Grab until you are able to handle more orders. Will never order here again, considering i ordered my food during non peak hours, i cant imagine what the waiting period will be like during peak time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order and pay first at counter yaa. You can match nasi ayam geprek with Kopi Saigon which located in front of the lot. Other drinks also provided in the menu. Reasonable price and quite big portion with great taste of sambal. The crew did their best to make sure the customers are comfortable and receive their order. Good job and please understand if you visit during peak hour. Overall, superb.
