Gulai Tunjang are superb.
Rendang is the best.
Sambal Hijau also very good.
Recommended area for lunch.
A bit crowded due to the construction near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was difficult to find a restaurant open to serve during this pandemic. Many are closed. So we found this restaurant, beside the construction of the main road. It was small and looks rundown, very unattractive with just 4 or 5 tables. However, we were hungry and tired, and so came in to have food. We also saw many vehicles, stop by to buy food here.
Surprisingly the food was very good, the rendang daging was super delicious, and the sambal hijau was so good. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 2 table (1 table for 4 pax) are available for dine-in at the moment due to owner is doing some minor renovation to his restaurant. Most of the customers choose to take-away their food as it is a hassle to wait for the table to be vacant.
This info is correct as at 15/09/2021. I have no idea when the renovation job will be completed.
My latest visits is on 08/03/2022. There's a lot of dining table inside the restaurant. It seems the renovation has completed.
The construction of the flyover opposite the restaurant (Federal Route 5) also has completed. The main road is less busy now.
