β β β β β Really bad service. I have arrived earlier but no waiter attending me, until I came forward, take a menu and order sheet and place the order myself.
Unfortunately, I have seen the reviews after I arrived. Lots of people complaining the same issues years before. Bad and slow service.
Clearly there are no constructive action being taken since the reviews given. MEANS, the owner are not serious in overcome the problem. Its really bad for the image and reputation.
The only solution is to hire more worker. IF, the owner is stingy to invest a little bit more, believe me, you will lose the business altogether.
I will not come here again. I do not recommend others to come as owner fail to address the same issues since few years ago.
It is now up to the owner take swift action to correct issues raised.
UPDATE.
After having lunch and make further oberservation, these are additional input:
1. The are sign - SILA BUAT TEMPAHAN DI SINI, at the counter, but it is covered by another three A4 signage, resulting the order shall be made at the counter is not visible especially when people queing to pay.
This is basically the dumbest joke to the new and first time comer like me. Why not you put the same signage at the wall, so it is clearly visible to custumer?
2. There are only three workers at the front. The cashier, the one who prepare the dish and the cleaner. CLEARLY, three worker are not enough. Please add more worker, do not be stingy. At least five workers are needed to ease your operation.
3. There is no wrong if you adapt other best restaurant best practice. You can put menu, order sheet and pencil at table to ease the customer when ordering. Just like old town white coffee restaurant.
4. The customer being charged 6% tax, but the service is really bad. By looking at the quality served, you shouldn't charged 6% tax to your customer.

β β β β β Nice ambience and well mannered waiters. Easily accessible from the highway although need to make some necessary detour to reach the front of the place. Parking spaces is available depending on the hour. Foodwise, deliciously acceptable. Can taste the subtle smokiness of the meat and the added young tapioca leaves in every bowl is an added value IMHO. Not too spicy but considering the restaurant cater for all walks of life and not just pure minang bloods who prefer hot n spicy masak lomak, it did satisfy the craving for authentic masak lomak which doesnt burn the tongue. Recommended for their assorted masak lomak based dishes. Their sup kolagen@chicken feet soup is a nice add on to the whole menu.
