★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick up service is the only thing good. But sorry to say folding quality worst ever. They just fold in what ever shape and just put in plastic regardless to arrange with its pair. Baju kurung as example the baju in other plastic and kain was in another plastic. They just fill in the plastic until full not consider to secure the quality of folding. This is my first and will be last to use their service.

And I always send my sneakers for them to wash and I am satisfied with the quality and the price is cheap compare to other providers. I would really recommend this provider based on my personal experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't leave your expensive items for them to handle! They have completely ruined our British India ottoman covers and refused to compensate us for at least half of the item value. Labels indicated professional dry clean but we highly doubt they have treated the covers with care as the colours have run badly and shrank! We have dry cleaned our covers many times before with other service providers. Unfortunately, Wash House has mishandled this really badly and avoided accountability for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for washing laboratory coat, I had stains all over my lab coat, was quite urgent they done in few hours, I sent at 10am can be collected at 2pm, I used the express one so they charged me double normal price, normal price is rm10 but i paid rm20, totally worth it clean and smells nice! Will come back again in the future. Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent in 2 Ikea rugs with 3-year old yellowish stains and dust from non-usage, and requested for stain removal and normal wash. Rugs were ready after 3 days, stains totally removed and rugs smell nice after laundering. The rugs were also packed in a plastic bag with silica gel inside. Cost was minimal RM5 for stain removal and RM10 for laundering. Great job, Washouse!
