I only speak English and Alice told me exactly was wrong with my machine. They had to leave to get the part needed for my machine and came back within the hour as promised. I cannot fault the whole service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Alice is multilingual so can help many people.

Auntie is a great english speaker (talked w/ her most of the time as I was at work during the repair, my wife interacts). Fixed my washing machine within the same day. I trusted them with a deposit then they returned the favor by agreeing to proceed even when we ran out of cash, transferred it the night after.

Within half hour of calling them, they were at the house and repairing my old washing machine. After repairing, it was tested to confirm that it works. The job was completed in under an hour. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service provided by Uncle and Auntie. They are a husband and wife team, very professional and friendly. I gave them a call on last Wednesday and I was lucky they were able to come on the same day to check on my fridge.
One hour later, Uncle fixed the fridge and told me to monitor it for a week and so far it's working as it should. Highly recommended! Thank you so much for saving the day. :)

Thank God as I was really worried my food in the freezer will get spoil. Mr Ho is a freelancer, very experienced in repairing fridge and washing machine.
