Operation managers and supervisors are not good.Mostly company bring unskilled manpower from nepal who are not able to read,write and speak english as an universal language.They doesnot provide basic facilities for the guards. They keep more than 40/50 persons in a small hall with single bathroom,company doesn't provide proper bed,matress,cooking item when guards reach there.Company deduct money for uniforms. Company supervisor simply deduct money from the guards who cannot talk either in malay or english and uses guards money more than a week because company failed to make bank account for all the guards.some more in case of death of guards families in nepal company doesn't allow them to go. If guards wants to go on vacation they need to pay Rm. 3000/- Plus 2 others friends guarantee letter. Once the permit is finished and the guards want to go back to nepal they try to keep there extending special pass and also deduct money. They deduct money for baggage cost as well for the flight after completion of contract.
