Approached through internet and were responsive to predicament. Very professional and able to explain without any technical jargon. Already finalised for repair works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Aiman did a good job explaining our leaking issues and what needs to be done. Unfortunately the 1st team appointed was haphazard and it was raining heavily when they did the repair. After an unsatisfactory job the 2nd team came in to do the repair job again And so far it has been leak free problem

Sunny come by to do the inspection and explained it well of what caused the leakage and proposed the waterproofing solution
his company could provide to me. He was very professional and answered all my query very well.
The service team were punctual, adhered to SOPs strictly, and worked on time. Every service was professionally done. They worked very neatly and cleaned up the place after service.
I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives having the same problem to try out Nano-G for an environmental-friendly solution.
Overall, I’m satisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person Sunny comes to do inspect and explained in details on how the treatment will be done with demo on his off day. Give a good response even during his on leave period to my inquiries. Contractors were professional and briefed me on what they are doings. The outcome still not is seen yet since they just finished few weeks ago. Hope this solution can last for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found them through google searched. Reached out to their customer service and she reverted even during weekend and assigned Sunny to handle my queries and account. Made appointment with Sunny to do a free evaluation of what caused the leakage and waterproofing solution his company could provide to me.
He turned up on time and explained his services. I told Sunny I needed the water proofing to be done by certain date, again he managed to arrange my preferred date for me.
Sunny had been helpful and professional throughout my entire experience in dealing with him. He even answered my questions during weekend. So far so good.
Would be much better if they can offer the option to just extend the warranty period only and not provided as a package. I will recommend their services to people who need a waterproofing or a fix for leakage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aiman was a good consultant, very patience and very knowledgeable in solving our problems. Although the price is on the high side, but no hacking , done in half a day was what we are looking for. The technical team arrangement was a bit slow.As we know, we need working permit to work in condo, and the arrangement of technical team was very last minutes which is causing last minute rush for work permit approval. And this is repeated for 2 visits. Hope for future improvement. Good job to Nano G. Need to review the effectiveness in months to come.
