★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water World @iCity is a great place to spend time with your family and friends during weekends or holidays. Strategically located in the iCity vicinity, the Water World is best for kids and adults who want to enjoying water filled activities.
The water is clean and not smelly too.
If you want to have a go at the high towering water slides, you need to adhere to the safety regulations such as body height and weight requirements, number of persons and such.
The lifeguards seems to do the best they can especially for the kids pool. Please be considerate and follow the rules ya!
Anyway my kids really enjoy their time here at Water World. Only downside is the changing rooms and shower rooms is not in their best conditions.
Surely will come again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all was a great experience if your family consists of mostly kids. The adult rides were fun too but you need to be prepared for al the stairs ? but one thing I want to complain about is the young workers...not sure what they were supposed to do but they were openly doing PDA in front of kids. Kita yang tua2 dh kawin pn x mcm tu. Seriously ruined our family time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pools are clean. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Need to improve on toilets hygiene thou. User tip : come with 4 people as the tornado ride needs 4 pax. Min height 140cm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place are so boring...And the wave pool ITS TAKES LONG TIME BEFORE THEY ACTIVE THE WAVE,why??? we didn't see the schedule of wave time in the payment area o counter there... please be organized .. some rides are closed too
The three slides and tornado are open...not fair in what we paid for the entrance,right!!!
. Staff totally not friendly at all and most of them are don't know how to speak ENGLISH.
FOOD are so less. Rides makes people to suffer to carry the things before the rides our arm,legs and hand are totally tired so how can we hold tight for the rides, tell me how??? Please think of it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for kids 2-6 years old. The toddler play area is quite spacious but the water was dirty that we all got allergies after half day playing there. Got some Philipinos middle aged ladies came in this toddler pool to do content for tiktok, which I think should be prohibited, as kids are scared to play by seeing them dancing crazily ??
The adults rides are so-so, jacuzzi water are dirty as well. Got a place that we can use float to swim around, with leaves and tree branches in it. So close to ‘nature’ ?.
The so called ocean area with the fake waves water was also dirty, which I think where the allergies might be from.
Staff are also quite unfriedly, which one indian staff yelling right on my face saying ‘no eyeglasses allowed!’, which I think is quite not right.
Ticket price is RM33 per person, brought from iCity SuperApp, which is I honestly think is pricey for this place. Food cost ; nasi lemak - RM6, nasi ayam -RM6, canned soft drinks -RM4, packets of nuggets or packets of sausages - RM6, small iced milo cup - RM4, walls rainbow ice cream - RM2, walls cup ice cream - RM3. All food must be paid using the superapp.
Toilet provided are acceptably clean.
Spent almost 4 hours there and the parking costs me around RM4, which i paid through the apps as well
p/s: they did not even check your bag when you came in ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to bring your kids. Spacious waterpark area with complete facilities such as washroom, changing room, locker, food kiosk, benches, gazebos and prayer room.
The ticket pricing is quite affordable since there were only like 4 types of slides, kids play area, jacuzzi, river and wavy pool. RM45 for adults and RM35 for kids above 90cm. Free admission for kids below 90cm. You can pay using the i-City SuperApp and pay by cash or card at the counter.
Outside foods and drinks are not allowed. Staff will check your bag at the entrance gate. There was only one food kiosk inside the premise and the pricing is somehow acceptable for this kind of attraction area. Hot Milo/White Coffee/Nescafe for RM3, set of Nasi Lemak/Mee Goreng with one drink cost RM8, Chicken Nuggets/Fishball cost RM7/8 for 6-8 pieces. Mineral water sold at RM3, Ice creams varied from RM3 and above. All transaction have to be made within the i-City SuperApp or the QR Code purchased earlier.
There is no need to pay for the tube rental here, you can use it for free and it is keep available nearby the river bridge and the wavy pool area.
For locker rental, you have to pay RM10 for small one and RM20 for large type. It is unlimited open until 5.45pm (last usage time). It is one type of automatic locker using an online system where you have to remember the login (mobile number) and password (6 digits password) to open it. The staff will teach you how to unlock the locker using the monitor. Only for the counter you can pay using cash.
The washroom and changing room is quite a lot and clean as well. There were lots of beaches-like-benches at the side or the pool areas. You can also find few tables and gazebos for seatings. This is as first come first serve basis.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit here and my kids enjoy themselve a lot. Definitely a good day and a wonderful experience.
