β β β β β Staffs with bad attitude. Made 2 mistakes in one receipt. I have to drive there, paid the parking fee and went thru the traffic jam again! Make customers in trouble but donβt even want to admit but blamed the system. Said sorry but looked at other places. Worst Watsons store ever. cc. Ainaa and Atira

β β β β β Worst shopping experience today when I wanted to buy an item. As I noted that the promotional price was higher than its online price I politely mentioned it to the pharmacist on duty. He didn't have any eye contact with me and answered me sarcastically and impolitely. I also asked why the price was higher than another pharmacy. He answered that online was online price and I should buy elsewhere if not satisfied. I told him that he should be more courteous and polite. He didn't bothered with my remarks. This is my worst experience at a pharmacy and I vow never to set foot at this branch due to the lousy service of the staff. Subsequently, I bought the same item from another pharmacy at a much lower price.
