★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriusly I won't come watson in amanjaya mall anymore..I was very, very disappointed because everytime I came here the workers always being like this...
-Workers lack of communication skills with customers ( NO MANNERS).
-Irresponsible workers. (something happened here .my friend went over the shelf near the counter when it was very crowded and a worker came across my friend and accidentally hit the product on the shelf. The worker told my friend to pay the price of the product but the way she told us was not good)
-product order is not strategic. ( fragile products are located in a narrow area near the payment point. Its so crowded)
There's nothing wrong if the workers can talk nicely with customer .. Maybe a little bit smile and please dont underestimate all of your customer . They all have their own money to buy the product that they want . Please dont look down at them. Seriusly price is not the issues here. Not all the workers here beahving like this . Just some of them . I dont remember their name. But she is the one with spectacles and the other one with red eye(disease) .other than that was nice i love them..Very disappointed with this behavior of humans. No matter what happen I still love watson but not at this amanjaya's because of them. Tq .
