I would like to appreciate the customer service and the way I was treated by a staff by the name Shuada @ Aada & if Im not mistaken she is the (Asst Supervisor) at Watson Banting, She has a good PR & it will be better to have more staffs like Her.
I would like to say thanks to Her & also to Watson for an excellent Customer Service❤️

They've got the standard range of of products you'd expect from Watsons, and the store layout is done rather well. The staff are also very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up to the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i came here i felt like im being watched like i am a thief. Not only from 1 staff, but few staff..not only 1 occasion, but few times.. Did the staff being train to be like that? I did not felt such insecurity being at other watson outlet, even at the guardian beside this watson.. Is it because i am a man? Why? Man cannot buy stuff here huh?… maybe will spend my money on another watson outlet instead..
