★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager named Ina and the staff named Annas is totally rude to customer.
When we went thr and saw there was some cosmetic was under 50% percent discount (the 50% disc is showing with the price tag) so we bought those cosmetic. After we make payment only got told by the staff said that the promotion was ended by ytd. I request refund from them politely but the staff is start murmuring to the manager. The manager is also murmur to the staff also. It's fine to murmur to each other infront of your customer??? When comes to refund, they refund RM242 in small note (RM5&RM1) form to me. hello???! what is the problem with the staff logic?? Pls start some training to your staff!
