★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, you will be stuck at car park, no moving at all, for more than 1 hour, if you left the mall at 10pm. The carpark management very lousy. The traffic is so heavy even when you want to come into the shopping mall. Nothing special inside the mall also. Not worth at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many F&B shops and bakery. Multiple boutique and sport outlets available here. Gadget store is available on top floor. There is also a cinema here.
Good place to shop and hang out. Occasionally there's event at the main area.
Parking is available with a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best mall we have in this small town. Self proclaimed "Most happening place in town" (Not really a lie by the way). Nice place to watch movies and has a lot of restaurants although they are a quite pricey. Doesn't have a bowling alley like Megamall but makes up for it with size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited Watsons at ECM and had a very bad shopping experience. I took some items to the counter and told one of the Malay staff that I wanted to check the price of those items because there were no price tag placed at the shelves where I took those items. After checking the price, I told the staff I didn't want the items anymore and she called her senior over to void the items and gave me an attitude. Then she scanned my other items without asking for my member card. I clearly told her I just wanted to check the item's price cause there were no price tag. It's very rude of her to give me an attitude just because I didn't buy those items after checking the price. As much as I enjoy shopping at Watsons, I won't be shopping at ECM's Watsons again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same here also a bit quiet other mall. Almost brand new building and shop&floors are very clean. I feel strange coz I visited popular cities in Malaysia. I want it to buy Casio multiband 6 watch but 50% more expensive what I expected. Yes, This is a department store.
