โ โ โ โ โ Staff are not trained and is very defensive when being provided with constructive feedback. They have asked me to put my shopping bag on the floor in front of the shop before entering. All I was asking is for them to put a table or shelve in front of the shop so that customers can leave their bag there. I really prefer to place my shopping bag on a table than on the floor for hygiene reasons. The supervisor got all defensive without a word of apology.

โ โ โ โ โ This drugs and convenience store located in First World Hotel near Tower 1 lift. They have a lot of personal daily needs such as hair and body care, drugs, vitamins and supplement, drinking water, and snack. The price is quite affordable but poor service of staff because even when it is crowded they only open 1 cashier that makes a long queue.
