Tadi masuk watson arau, nak tengok2 dulu barang, aku tanya kawan nak beli apa? And aku cakap takpa jalan2 tengok dulu apa nak beli.
Pastu ehh ada pulak sales girl nii, berbaju hitam, bersanggul rambut perang yg tengah susun tag harga , blh pulak dia cakap bisik2 dengan sales girl sebelah dia,
"Nak jalan2 ,5 minit dah, org lain pn nak masuk juga"( sambil mebuat muka bengis)
Ingat saya ni pekak ka!!
Aku jejak kaki tak sampai seminit!!
Bukan ada org beratur pn.
Pastu dah aku nak beli tak payah tengok ka??
Rodok ja semua !!

Watson Arau came in, I wanted to see the stuff first, I asked my friend what to buy? And I said don't go and see what to buy first.
Then ehh there's this sales girl, wearing a black shirt, with a bun with blonde hair who is arranging the price tag, can she whisper to the sales girl next to her,
"I want to walk, 5 minutes already, other people want to come in too" (while making a cruel face)
Remember I'm deaf !!
I set foot in less than a minute !!
There are no people in line.
Then I want to buy, don't you have to look ??
Rodok and everyone !!
NO MANNERS !!

β β β β β I always had bad experience with their customer service. Never had the same problem at other outlets tho. As someone who works in the same field, I do understand that sometimes customers can be annoying, but please dont show your annoyance to customers. It's straight up rude. Not pointing to anyone. Just try to be kinder pls

β β β β β I could say that I dont having any problem with this place before this.
But yesterday, I may be mistaken the amount of money that I pay, and I just wanted to make sure is it really my fault, or is it theirs. I came to handle it nicely, but the way they treated their customers regardless the age is so UNACCEPTABLE! I am so offended with their facial expressions that really doesnt give you comfort as what they should be as being team members of a well-known company.
I'm not accusing anyone, and I accept if it's really me who's standing at fault because I mistaken the amount of money. I was just feeling aggrieved with their attitude towards me as their customer.
