★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could get all the essentials for grooming, supplements and health food I need here. Best of all, the periodical discounts on various products are wonderful. I got to save loads. There's always something to buy or deals to pick up. Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Just love to shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Watson KB Mall first. My shopping cart had 4 bags in them. I ran in Watson KB Mall real quick to grab a blue bottle SPF 50 sunblock. Asked one of the employee with a green shirt, what can I do with a half full cart outside the store when I just wanna get an item, pay quickly and leave. She went into a whole schpiel how "we are not responsible for...". I put the bottle on some random rack before she could finish.
Went to Watson in front of Billion later. Got the sunblock I needed & a couple of other things. The cashier named Nurul said I can upgrade my Watson card to a VIP one for RM20. I asked am I getting 2 really nice things like what I got when I first signed up? (Refer photo with pink purse and a silver jewelry case, love those). She kinda said I will get something special, I should have trusted my instint, she kinda acted shady as I was asking her what am I getting? But seeing her name is Nurul, just like the name my parents gave me, I said why not.
Got all the crappola in the 2nd photo. Why the heck would I want a Polident dentures/gigi palsu case? So not worth it upgrading if you only shop at Watson once in 3 to 4 months. I started going to a local pharmacy instead for my vitamins supply 6 months ago. I wanted vitamins capsules with powder in them for easier digestion and absorbtion.
Who picked these "gifts"?
And I could not carry over points from my old Watson card to the new card. It starts over your buying points/statistics.
I'm guessing the points have expiration date too seeing everything seems worse that before but I have not confirmed on this. Someone please clarify.
I still have to go back there when I run out of my breast cream. I'll wait 4 months after I cool down to shop here. Before that, I'm gonna go on a Watson shopping detox.
