Bekerja di sini. Ya, stor ada masanya tidak kemas, barang bersepah, barang diambil dan diletakkan semula di tempat bukan asalnya. Malah, kedudukan cashier juga tidak strategik sebab terlindung daripada luar. Saya akui dari sudut pengalaman membeli-belah di sini bukanlah yang terbaik. Tetapi suasana kerja sini yang ceria, budaya dengan rakan sekerja yang hampir semuanya memahami, saling tolong-menolong dan sporting menjadikan kerja seronok walaupun ada masanya penat, kerja bertimbun dan kekurangan tenaga kerja.
Work here. Yes, the store is sometimes untidy, the goods are littered, the goods are taken and put back in their non-original place. In fact, the position of the cashier is also not strategic because it is protected from the outside. I admit from the point of view of shopping experience here is not the best. But the cheerful work environment here, the culture with colleagues who almost all understand, help each other and sporting makes work fun even when there are times of fatigue, work piles and lack of manpower.

Staff letak discount price yang dah expired. Bila scan, keluar harga before discount padahal tag diskaun xcabut kat rak. Bila kita persoalkan, dia ignore dan cakap tak boleh refund. Padahal salah staff buat kerja sambil lewa dan tak update sale. I am sure salah 1 SOP kedai adalah pastikan sale dipaparkan di rak updated. Staff boleh buat bodoh and tak cakap sorry. Tidak akan pergi ke watsons ini lagi. Plus store sempit. Tak best langsung.
Staff place discount price that has expired. When scanning, the price comes out before discount even though the discount tag is removed from the shelf. When we questioned him, he ignored and said he could not refund. Even though the staff did the wrong thing while working and did not update the sale. I am sure one of the 1 SOP stores is to make sure the sale is displayed on the updated shelves. Staff can be stupid and not say sorry. Will not go to these watsons again. Plus a narrow store. Not the best right away.

Saya datang lebih kurang jam 5 petang tadi (29 Mac 2022) bersama ibu saya. Ibu saya nak check price barang. Situasi ada 2 pekerja (A & B). Mungkin tak boleh nak check dekat mesin biasa, pekerja A minta dekat pekerja B untuk check price machine lain(saya assume pekerja A tak pandai guna). Pekerja B ni tengah sembang & ketawa dengan lelaki sorang ni, "Ha Kejap!!" depan saya dengan ibu saya. Dalam 2 minit tunggu, pekerja A minta sekali lagi pekerja B check price, "tunggu, tengah buat receivable". Masa tu saya suruh ibu saya tinggal je barang atas kaunter dan balik. Saya berpandukan dalam situasi begini yang mana 'customer is always right'. Kepada pekerja B, utamakan customer yang berada di depan, rendahkan suara semasa bersembang dan minta jangan ulangi perkara sebegini.
I came around 5 pm this afternoon (March 29, 2022) with my mother. My mother wants to check the price of goods. The situation is there are 2 workers (A & B). Maybe you can't check near a normal machine, employee A asks employee B to check the price of another machine (I assume employee A is not good at using it). Employee B was chatting & laughing with this man, "Ha Kejap !!" in front of me with my mother. Within 2 minutes of waiting, employee A again asked employee B to check the price, "wait, in the middle of making receivable". At that time, I told my mother to stay on the counter and go back. I am guided in this situation where 'customer is always right'. To employee B, give priority to the customer who is in front, lower your voice while chatting and ask not to repeat such things.

Seriously, what a way of tricking customers into buying wrongly discounted prices. Patrons, next time you want to buy something with a tag of discounts, make sure you check the heck with cashiers because apparently, watsons just lied to you, and employees simpy said dont know coz watsons gave all the tags. Will not visiting watson in near future

One of your cashiers (Chinese lady) tried to rip me off of my change. While she handed me my change, she mumbled, "sorry, I don't have *this much*" and gave me the amount short of what I was entitled to. I didn't hear her properly, so I left and luckily I checked my receipt. I went back and asked for the correct amount. I don't care if it was 1 cent less, you should not assume that I would be ok with it. So if there's no change then I'm supposed to just be nice and let it go? I didn't know you all like to ask for charity. Please train your staff to be more professional. Oh and she was frowning the whole time. Also didn't even ask me for my membership card, I had to do so out of my own initiative.

Quite hidden at the lower level of Melawati Mall, next to the groceries, more funny is that the counter is hiding at the back of the shop. Goods are similar to other Watsons shop, no surprise, in terms of service, can't remember at all, certainly not outstanding.
