β β β β β Went to this store on 28/5/2019 to buy things. We went there during break fast which is around 7.30pm. No staff there (We do understand fast break). So we just go around to see products there. Suddenly, on of the staff went out from the room, and she said this to her friend inside the room but we can hear her clearly, "TAK FAHAM KE WAKTU BERBUKA SEKARANG? DATANG TENGOK TENGOK JE, BUKAN BELI BARANG PUN. SAMA LAH MACAM HARI AHAD HARITU bla bla bla...", and yes we were there. Wow what a bad experience we having there. Will definitely banned Watson Mydin B. Mertajam after this.
Dear Watsons, you should taught your workers about manners. If what we did is wrong, do tell us properly and don't just acting rude as she is the owner! Thanks!

Siap sindir2 lg kata kami xda hala tuju nak beli apa and kami lama dudk dlm watson tapi x beli apa..I as a customer was very dissapointed..please educate your employee as bad employee may bring bad reputation to your Watson..seriously not recommended to shop in Mydin Watson Bukit Mertajam.. Watson Perda near Maybank is 10 times more better..

β β β β β Selling products with wrong price tagging. When I asked the counter why the price difference from the tag and the barcode system, they claimed it is the company' s fault, nothing to do with them because they hv too many products to tag price. WTH what kind of reason?
