★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay memang okay,ada satu hri aku datang nak beli pad dgn air je ,ttbe ad staff ckp awak amik bakul ni,aku cakap lah tkpe dah nak bayar dah boleh puulak dia ckap ish ,kepala otak dia lah .depan aku ,customer.klaw belang lain la cite.lepastu kau jeling ,nasib baik aku sabar tau boleh senyum lagi.
okay yes okay, one day i came to buy a pad with water, ttbe ad staff ckp you buy this basket, i said tkpe already pay can pay him ish, he is a brainhead. other stripes la cite.lepastu you're so lucky, good luck I hope you can smile again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilmannered sales assistant n cashier, 1. no respect to customers, 2. using bad language with the customers, 3. shouting at the customers as if people don't go to school to understand the instructions...the manager wasn't there, if not I should have reported them...4. the layout for the customers' direction to go in and out was badly laid out, they should have thought of the easy accessibility for the customers to move...
The behaviour of the employees will give a bad impression to the company as a whole, workers like these shouldn't be part of the organization. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Cashier on duty 3 march 2022 was so rude. The one without nametag on it. I guess a new worker. I bayar okay, kalau you badmood masa kerja jangan lepaskan dekat customer. Takpayah nak hentak hentak drawer cashier tu when i literally was being nice to you tak accept the offer yang you suruh tambah barang. I have the right too decide whether i nak accept your offer or not. You’re so rude
