โ โ โ โ โ Your closing time clearly stated that you close at 10pm. Went there at 9:30pm but the gate shut left a little gap, and I request to go in to buy just a bottle of conditioner which doesn't spend more than 10 mins, the shop girl just say sorry counter close. Erm like I can clearly see that inside still have several groups of customer lining for paying.
ANYWAY, If your shop closing time is 10pm, it is reasonable for consumers to shop at 9:30pm. If you really need 30 mins buffering time to close shop, you might as well just state that will close at 9:30pm.
I don't know if there's manager in charge or just the shop girls decided to ignore the policy, anyway...it suxks. Missed one time, and will never go again.

Please ask yourself if I am being rude today?
Sincerely ask yourself again, is it right to treat me like this when you are having a bad time or at bad situation when your colleague ask you for help at cashier and not ME!
I am just a customer with always happily shop at Watsons and even chat happily with all your colleagues.
Why do you have to treat me like this and also answer me rudely?
Please appreciate your job!
A lot of our beloved Malaysian friends have no job during this pandemic.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor crowd control especially around the counter area (Watson's cashier by default asks customers to consider purchasing more things at the expense of long crowds forming near the already narrow counter space).
This outlet also falsely shows which cards can be used. Displays AMEX on the store front when the cashier double checks that AMEX cannot be used with the card terminals they have. Test kits displayed by the counter are also very dusty, so that sets off my allergy.
On the positive side, there's a large variety of products.
