β β β β β Always love to visit this outlet of Watsons. The staffs/promoters are fairly friendly in recommending and answering my queries. They really their stuffs, which is very impressive. However, they do not over-promote their respective products. Very crowded on weekend and expect a long queue to make payment.

β β β β β I managed to obtain all the products I was looking for. Unfortunately, the hospitality is very poor. The staffs are not welcoming the customers. I hardly find any staffs moving around except to those at the counter. When I asked a lady staff about a product I was looking for, she responded to me solemnly. I mean you are supposed to help me by any means not just standing in a place. Besides, I understand the staffs are busy as well but isn't it is your responsibility to take care of the customers? Please mind of this issues or else you would be losing your royal customers. I would say this is my worst shopping experience at Watson.

β β β β β Rude and irresponsible staff. The queue to pay was so long but only 2 cashiers were open. Watsons always encourages customers to spend more and become WatsonsElite but the priority lane was not open. When asked, the staff rudely told me 'tak buka, beratur la.'

The store is huge and all the goods are there but thereβs only two cashier operating.
While the customer is lining at one aisle. Didnβt see the effort by the store to promote SOP at all. More to improve.

β β β β β An absolute disgrace. As soon as I entered I was given a bag. As I moved from the entrance the bag knocked over a body lotion which was piled high on a stand. It was not secure. The lotion fell and the cover broke. I was charged for this lotion. The store is also at fault for putting too many items within close proximity of each other and insisting customers take a shopping bag. It is hard to walk around as it's far too crowded . I have photos and will be posting this on other sites
