โ โ โ โ โ Good morning & hello. The location I want to complaint was at Watsons U Sentral Segamat, Johor. This complaint regarding the staff attitude. My mother went inside the shop, and she just want to look your product and end up, my mother just bought cotton buds, because she said she want to go back when she decided to buy some items. When she bought cotton buds, the staff which is female staff who taking care counter site, she said to my mother "lahhh kenapa tak beli dkt kedai RM2.00 je". That's INSULTING MY MOTHER. My mother was planning to be right back when she decided which product she want to buy. But, your staff was INSULTING MY MOTHER to go "kedai RM2.00"/ECO SHOP to buy cotton buds. I really hope Watsons HQ, find and fire her. You know right what is "kuasa viral"?. The female staff in that shop just "talking and chatting only" and insulting others customers when someone needs help. The cotton buds also your product right?, Is it illegal to buy it?. I think, she also INSULTS YOUR PRODUCTS by compare it with RM2.00 shop's quality. Very bad services. Shuffle back your staff on that shop. Find new staff, that's a lots of people who looking for job in air condition and didn't do heavy stuff. If my mother and I go back to that shop, and the staff still there, viral is a solution maybe?. Thank you
