β β β β β Don't book their water sports. They're basically running a monopoly on this side of the beach so they basically dictate their own rules and are extremely unethical. We booked their parasailing and due to weather issues, they had to abort the parasailing after 2 minutes (120 seconds) in the air). They nonetheless charged us the whole fee and this after we were promised a ride of at least 20 minutes in the beginning.
We stayed at "By the Sea" and Wave Runner was the only operator there. We went to Golden Sands the next day and there are plenty of water sports companies there who were charging 40% to 150% cheaper than Wave Runner.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Wave Runner. Bunch of scammers who charge exorbitant prices for the same activities which can be found elsewhere.
