★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house with a nice neighbourhood. There's nearby shop like a BS, TUNAS MANJA and KEDAI RUNCIT. Near to the park can bring your child to play at playground

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets are not clean upon arrival and the locks don't work. Stairs are of an uneven spacing will cause an injury or incident down the line. The first room from the stairs has a ledge that if you're not used to will cause you to trip. Good enough for a one night stay before heading off to Tioman on the ferry but not much else. Also there's a kedai runcit nearby with a nice old lady managing it.
