โ โ โ โ โ It's where the best digital advertising agency is located. Lol.
The parking is at RM2.50 for the first hour, and RM1.50 every subsequent; capped at RM10 max (if more than 8 hours). If you're not a monthly subscriber to the parking, you might as well go straight to B3; the upper ones are usually full.
There's also a few RM5 per entry parking slots, beside the building (still under the same management, but outdoor). But it is usually already full at 8am ish.
Oh, don't ever dream of parking illegally in front of the block. The authorities are quite active in the area. I once saw someone got 2 tickets in a couple of hours. Lol.
Surau is at 9th floor. Big enough for a jemaah of four.

โ โ โ โ โ Not much.to do here. This building is where BFM 89.9 radio station is located. Has a Old Town White Coffee and CIMB. Also a fitness centre, Anytime Fitness. Wawasan Open University is also housed in this building. Modern industrial architechture.
