β β β β β I was introduced to Adam and his team through a friend last year. Initially reached out to him for taxation advisory on my digital business after I found out that my current accountant wasn't competent with my business model.
Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and generous. Eventually, I've moved my Sdn Bhd's company sec, accountant stuff to him.
He then helped me to set up a Labuan entity and gave me a plan on how to utilize my US entity as well!
To those who are looking for a company sec, tax consultancy or accounting services, he's the man!

β β β β β The good thing is works done very fast. The bad things are a lot mistakes in the accounting, low standard of audit compliance and the audit manager lack of technical knowledge. Not recommended for the foreign investor.

β β β β β When we decided to expand our business, it was kinda like a roller coaster ride (thrilling and scary) until we met WeCorporate. Initially, we approached them for setting up a new company in Malaysia. Over time we saw how efficient it could be and we realised the potential of their other offerings including Accounting & Bookkeeping, HR Solutions, Secretarial Services, et cetera. And now we engage them for almost all of their services.
The work completed by WeCorporate allows us to focus on our business without worrying nearly as much about the financials. Peihau and his staff are well organised with the ability to offer strategic thinking and insight. WeCorporate's agile work behavior and structure combined with their digitally-savvy workforce is what stands out the most.
The year-long process would have been difficult for us to manage without their involvement. Once we selected WeCorporate, we started meeting regularly with Peihau and his staff in reference to the complex nature of our trading business. The initial process was more than just a couple of discovery sessions; their team did a deep-dive. This involved them learning our business, understanding our audience and more importantly asking the right questions. Their commitment to delivering the highest quality shines through as their team digs for information with the intent of fully understanding what our business requirements are.

β β β β β Have been dealing with Adam and Pei Hau on a few company tax and accounting, not to mention about the efficiency and quality of their work first, but they are definitely highly responsive to their client, which i appreciate a lot from this. Problem and issues can be resolved in given timeline due to their responsive manners and it is very nice talking and easy communicating with them. Good and high potential young man !
