超烂的服务态度！货不对板、一直推高高的价钱东西！不答应就变脸！photo booth 又随便搭、东西旧旧的、在场商量后的设计方案和做出来的时候完成马虎得很差！还把主人家的照片给打破、非常不尊重他人的物品！过后随便洗回一张就当赔了！叫他们老板直接去向婚纱店重新打印过新的一张 、一直不愿意去做！这张既然是主人房的床头大照片啊！他们这种烂态度 付了钱还要受气！ 我去选door gifts 的礼盒包装设计的时候 又说这个沒货那个没货、最后要加钱才有现货（另一种款式）爱钱爱到哭！ 东西又做不好、结果给我的原来是旧货、要清货那种??颜色旧旧的 又老土！ 老板娘假口假面 笑里藏刀！背后一套 狡猾得不行

They give empty promises and never deliver what they promised. Especially on time management, they said one date just to make you happy, eventually never happen and they will tell you they have other jobs and events going on! If you want to deal with them, provide them your design, not wait for them to send you their idea, because they freaking run out of idea and will recycle their idea from their old customers ! The lady boss been chasing me to pay 50% of the deposit before Chinese New Year , been chasing for 3 times in a week. Before I pay, she told me everything can be customized to my preference and will send me the draft by March. By end of March, I still see no draft. I need to text her to remind her and she ask me to give her more time, and waited for a week again she sent me something totally irrelevant, I really hope I can post it here to share with everyone. I told her I wanted ONLY HYDRANGEA and nothing else, she kept mentioned it’s not nice need to mix with roses (just because she got a lot of current stock). My family and friends have been going to her shop almost every week for few consecutive weeks (because every draft they edit takes a week or so) By early May we finalize the design, and I even informed her that two days before my dinner , her team can enter to start their work. Two days before the event, my brother was there for some time waited for them to come (around 12pm - 2pm) where they promised they can get their work done by 4-5pm!! I was freaked out! And called the lady boss; of course she didn’t want to pick up my call even after few times. After 4th time finally her staff picked up and told me that they will leave their shop soon as they are rushing for other work! If you promised your customer you should be there to get the work done, not telling your customer that you are busy doing other customers’ work! So my brother called them again at 2 plus they happily picked up the call as they do not know it’s my brother. They repeated the same thing they have other jobs going on, not only our event that falls on the same day. Such an IRRESPONSIBLE reason..... Whatever on the design, remains as a design because it would not be exactly the same. They suggested 4 ft for our names and we found out that’s it’s ridiculous for the photo booth as guest stand inside won’t be able to capture the entire booth. Supposed to be doubled the thickness for our names as it’s only styrofoam which is pretty fragile, but it only turn out to be 1-inch 3 ft tall wordings which is super unstable. And they said it’s gonna be like that nothing could be done. (They will tell you that you actually agree on that unstable or anything that’s bad) if you ever th The best part is the entire booth only left with 2 ft of width to let the guest stand, totally blown our mind away, and they kept mentioned that if add more carpet in front our guest will trip and fall. And we gave them a few suggestions and they banned all our ideas. The day before dinner still not done yet. As they cannot come to get it done, on the day itself my friends personally need to wait for them there. AS USUAL THEY WONT PICK UP MY CALL SO WE ARE USING MULTIPLE PHONES TO CONTACT THEM!! Promised to start the photo booth of unlimited printing at 6pm, and they only set up at 6pm ! If you are looking for difficult people to deal with, and tiredness of communication with, look for them! Or else look for other alternatives!! which I’m pretty sure offer better deals and easier to deal with! P/s: there’s actually few people warned me about them but the way they promised you amazed me. Therefore I gave them a chance and this is what I get in return! There’s a lot other stuff to prep before your big day, you really want someone who can ease your burden and NOT someone who adds on to your burden and creates havoc and drama! The lady boss is very good at pretending to be very considerate and NEVER PUNCTUAL!! The boss and other workers would be giving you a kind of face as if he’s working under the lady boss and knows nothing and gives you all the NASTY faces!!
