★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales service. I'm a Panasonic supporter until I bought a fridge. Breakdown many times in 2 years. Sent back for service twice but still not fully repaired until today. Temperature set at minus 24 degree Celsius but water still not frozen. Bought raw meat for Chinese new year and found freezer not working. No choice but have to cook all meats at one time. I asked for new replacement but Wee Seng refused. Yet still fail to repair. Panasonic said will report and follow up but end up nothing happens. No solution not even an apology from the shop or Panasonic, only giving all kind of excuse. Very disappointed with Wee Seng and Panasonic Malaysia. Lousy distributor.
