★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say, if you're not buying branded stuff, you'll be treated differently. The staff seems to have more important matters to attend to, even I was the only customer there at that time.
Reason I came back because I experienced good service before when I bought shoei with them a year ago. Quite disappointed this time.
