โ โ โ โ โ Mr ken is a really hardworking principle he's trying his best to make the school environment to be comfortable for the students and teacher I hope people can understand what is right what is wrong don't just listen to one person it's a really good school in my opinion. ( Broken English don't mind ) :)

Mr Ken dismissed her for underperformance = unprofessional
Ms Meena asked her mum (Thanaletchumi) to review her ex-employer = totally ethical and professional even Thanaletchumi had not been to Welton.
Luckily Ms Meena has been dismissed.
All other teachers said they are paid on time.
Totally disgusting to have such teacher with such working ethics!
Mr Ken, no worries, we know you are doing your best. Thatโs what matters. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Ken is actually doing a good job to replace Ms Meena with a new teacher. When we were still under Ms Meena, she often came in class unprepared, randomly assigned us with some work to do. Sometimes we could find some grammatical errors in her lessons too. Really not learning much from Ms Meenaโs classes. Many of my friends donโt like her teaching too. Now the new English teacher is much better and I am more confident for my Igcse English this year.

โ โ โ โ โ Welton has been a very innovative school, the principal has always been working as hard as possible to ensure children could study effectively. Its an opportunity to be in this family.
Other than that, I hope people would believe something after experiencing it instead of hearing it, to avoid consequences.

โ โ โ โ โ Welton has a very good management. Teachers who are not up to the standard will not be tolerated by the management.
We the students could feel Ms Meena was a lazy and impatient teacher too. She would use class hours to do her personal stuffs, like reading Harry Potter books. Mr Ken has high expectation for his students, so itโs not surprising for us that Ms Meena was dismissed.
What surprised us was actually Ms Meena thick-skinned enough to ask her mother to put on a fake review here. ??โโ๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Been here for years, Mr Ken, the principal of the school, is very responsible and visionary. He puts all his effort and concentration to make the school a perfect environment for the students to study.
As an employer, he is a great leader. He always guides his employees when they have any confusion or doubt on the teaching process. He will also eliminated the teaching staff which is not compatible for delivering the knowledge to the students.
In general, Welton Academy is a great place for education. Decisions that had been made by Mr Ken aimed to amplify the benefits towards the students.
Ps: will definitely send my children to study here in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Well, I can say Welton Academy is an amazing school due to the truly caring and dedicated teachers.
As for the administration team is also very thoughtful in handling students concerns.
As for the teachers, Mr. Ken the principal of the school is always put his concern to the wellness of the teachers,students and the school. He dedicated his time and energy to ensure that everyone that had became part of Welton Academy had an excellent quality of education provided.
As for me that have been in this organization for a quite a long time, I found that Welton Academy breed leaders and born students with higher order thinking skills.
Overall, Welton Academy is a great place to study and work!
