β β β β β Worst and the worst hectic experience I ever had...one of my friend suggested me this salon,and I too checked abt the reviews on Facebook it was quite gud.
I asked the person to do a layer cut and showed him a picture, instead he insisted to go for perming,I said him I just did the rebonding before 4 months , I will try for perming later..and he started doing haircut without asking me how much length he has to cut,my hair is quite lengthy till my hip and he cut all my hair till my neck without my permission and then he is telling I cut according to the snap u showed me and after blowing he again said I will do the layer cut, people just think after all these if he does a layer cut how it will be...a worst nightmare. And they charged me 65rm over that,none of the staff was even sorry abt that ...hectic. the brand is gud,the people working over ter are to tally waste.

hair cutting time become shorter & shorter.
Maybe this is how they treat their regular customer
hair color quality also dropping compare to before. not good
Kathy become very rude when request for even small additional cutting request.
very unsatisfied!!wont visit again in future!
